Drop me a line!

I don't pretend to be a Keats
or a Shelley or a Shakespeare—rhymes
just pop into my head sometimes, and
I scribble them down on whatever
piece of paper comes to hand.
It's fun and it's just for me, but now and
then, people ask to read what
I have written.

Courage

 The courage to go
Where others won't.
The courage to do
What other's don't.

To stand alone
If we believe it's right.
Not to be cowed
By derision and might.

Ignore the pain
That leaves you weak.
To do what's right
Is what we should seek.

Courage of your convictions
Is no easy task.
But be there for me
Is all that I ask.
